Each session is built around the specific chakras you need to open: Root (lower back/sacral), Sacral, Solar Plexus (shoulders, lateral arms, kidney sole), Heart (shiatsu down the heart meridian), Throat (trapezius and rhomboids), Third Eye (light scalp and occiput), and Crown (deep scalp).
An ideal session for women who carry emotional load in the body and want a return to alignment.
